On April 22, 2023, we had the honor of being part of a truly special wedding: the union of Stephanie Earley and Cristhian in a day filled with magic, joy, and unforgettable moments. The celebration took place at the beautiful Delta Hotel in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a perfect setting to bring the couple and their loved ones together for a dream event.
From Bonita Make Up Studio, we had a dedicated team of 3 makeup artists and 3 hairstylists who started promptly at 10:00 a.m. Throughout the day, we attended to the bride Stephanie, her mother, and 15 additional guests, including bridesmaids, the maid of honor, and family members. Each artist managed 5 to 6 people, and we even accommodated two additional guests who decided to join for services. Thanks to precise organization, each service lasted 45 minutes, ensuring everything was completed on time for the bus transfer to the ceremony location in Punta Mita.
Our collaboration with Stephanie began months in advance, in September 2022, when we conducted a trial for both her and her mother at the Conrad Hotel. During the trials, we discussed their concerns and offered our professional recommendations, taking into account that the wedding would take place on the beach. We suggested airbrush makeup, which is ideal for resisting heat, humidity, and sweat, and a soft, elegant updo that combined comfort with sophistication. Together, we defined the perfect look, noting every detail in our trial sheet to ensure flawless execution on the big day.
On the wedding day, we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m. to set up and ensure everything was ready to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. With enthusiasm and dedication, we worked tirelessly to attend to each person with the care and attention they deserved. We are incredibly proud to have achieved our goal: making sure everyone looked and felt their absolute best on this important day.
The wedding was masterfully organized by the talented Grethel Aguilera and her team, who excelled in creating a stunning decor and overseeing every detail. Their professionalism and creative vision made the wedding even more spectacular. It was a busy day for our team, as we were also managing weddings in other locations, such as Caletas, Marina, and the Grand Velas Hotel. However, through seamless coordination and teamwork, everything went perfectly.
Being part of Stephanie and Cristhian’s most important day was a privilege and an unforgettable experience for us. Seeing the bride, her mother, and every guest satisfied and happy with the results is the greatest recognition of our work.
